I don’t know about you, but I REALLY miss my favorite Asian dishes since swearing off gluten. Even at restaurants that offer a gluten-free menu, I’m still not thrilled with the oils they use, and have spent hours in the kitchen perfecting my favorites. You know how I feel about living without the foods I love! Not happening.
I’ve been thinking about hosting an Asian themed popup for a while now, and am very excited to announce that it’s happening: June 22nd at Firehouse 8.
