Paleo Popup at Fallon Hills Ranch

About a year ago, I was one of the lucky guests at one of the first Fallon Hills Ranch dinners.  It was by far one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The day included a ranch tour, passed hors d’oeuvres, and five incredible courses at this table:

five spice lamb bacon | grilled bok choy, shaved watermelon radish
peppered beef bacon | sweet pickles, arugula, mustard
bourbon smoked pork bacon | little gems, heriloom tomatoes, aioli


beef summer sausage | fennel sauerkraut, apples, roasted squash “hummus”


garlic-rosemary leg of lamb | roasted vegetables, gremolata, red wine sauce


apple blackberry crumble | vanilla bean coconut whipped cream
